Arrive a few minutes early
Please make every effort to arrive in a relaxed state of mind. Plan and time your route to ensure you are not rushing to your appointment.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes early, please wait in your car. If there is a do not disturb sign on the door, please wait for your appointment time. This applies to using the washroom as well!
If you are late
Your appointment time is more than the time you are in the office. Jeni takes time to prepare before each reading. You will not be able to reach her less that 60 minutes before your appointment. Your appointment starts at the scheduled time, not the time you arrive. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a 1 hour reading or 10 minutes late for a 30 minute reading, your appointment will be cancelled without refund or reschedule. Please check the directions page for travel instructions.
Cancellation
If you need to reschedule, please email Jeni ASAP. Appointments can be rescheduled twice only. After this time you will need to re-book online.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so 24hrs or more in advance to receive a refund. There is a processing fee of $25 for refunds.
Please note
Mediumship and Psychic work can be extremely draining. At times, mentally and emotionally exhausting requiring a recovery period. Jeni will never offer a reading if she feels she will not be able to meet the high standards she has for her clients. For this reason, Jeni reserves the right to reschedule an appointment at any time. She will contact you via email to reschedule you to the next available date in her calendar. Although this is VERY RARE, please keep this in mind when booking.
To get the most out of your reading
-Give yourself time before and after to process the experience
-Don't come after a medical procedure or visit to the hospital
-Arrive sober and clear minded
-Refresh your memory of names, dates and all of the people that may come through for you
-Bring a notebook but stay present during your reading
-Turn off phones and let friends and family now you will be out of reach for 1 hour
-Use the restroom before your reading. Getting up in the middle of a session will break the energetic link and end your session.
-Speak to your loved ones before you arrive and ask them to come through
-For a psychic reading: have clearly defined questions ready
